Leading well is a 7 module leadership programme which helps leaders develop powerful behaviours and essential skills to lead in this ambiguous and fast paced world.

Each module is delivered through a live session, with a library of supportive and further learning material in our online portal plus one to one coaching to embed the learning and create habitual behaviour change.

Creating Positive Change

Change is inevitable in organisations but can leave even the hardiest of people flooded with fear. When done positively, people can actually flourish through change.

Everyone reacts and responds to change differently. The truth is that no matter how you feel about change, it comes loaded with uncertainty, and this makes navigating change messy. Research has proved our brain is uniquely vulnerable to uncertainty which is why we can find change challenging.

Creating positive change is a training programme that teaches the tools to navigate the mess and magic of change.

Coaching and Mentoring

With research showing that employees want coaches not bosses, to be developed and empowered to use their strengths, being able to coach and mentor is an essential skill for a leader.

We offer a range of coaching and mentoring programmes and workshops.

From a full coaching and mentoring programme that can be delivered in person, through e-learning or a blend of both to advanced skills for experienced coaches and mentors.

We utilise the latest research and positive psychology tools to develop coaches and mentors who can help other create long lasting behavioural changes.

There are a myriad of reasons why people find complex conversations difficult.

When done positively and with a different mindset, we can engage in complex conversations which actually contribute to building growth and development and strengthens and retains vital relationships.
