Creating and embedding a well-being charter in your organisation demonstrates you are genuinely and meaningfully committed to support, promote and empower your people so they can feel good and function better at work.
We have brought together an offer that provides you with more than just a charter.
A four-step process that adds so much more value, meaning and support. Ensuring your charter doesn't sit on a shelf and just ticks a box, but is activated in the workplace and has real and genuine impact.
Workplace Well-being Survey
We start by measuring well-being at an individual, team and organisational level.
The survey is based on Professor Martin Seligman's well-being theory and uses the latest science and research to create a personalised well-being plan at an individual level. Each personalised report offers more than 200 small evidence-based approaches that enable each person to create an action plan so they feel more energised, confident and happy at work.
We also gain a rich set of metrics that enables us to report on team and organisational performance.
The data is analysed and fed into the creation of the well-being charter which allows us to activate the charter with live situational data.
This live workshop delivered online extends the knowledge gained from engaging in the survey.
We explore the concept of well-being further, as well as the 6 pillars of well-being the survey is based on. The live session helps to further extend the knowledge and embed learning, it arms each delegate with the essential information required to understand and then proactively and positively build well-being habits and systems.
A champions role is to support, empower and promote the well-being charter. The role of the champion is an important one in sustaining and embedding the charter so they need to be passionate, motivated and committed to the role.
Once selected we ensure each champion is provided with the tools, knowledge, skills and confidence to bring the well-being charter to life.
Our well-being champion training includes:

Two follow up workshops

The well-being charter has 3 elements.
Element 1. The commitment to well-being from the individual, team and organisation.
Element 2. Well-being Interventions.
Element 3. Well-being Priorities.
Taking the data from the survey, we encourage every member of your team to join us in a virtual summit. We take your team through a process that enables every voice to be heard to produce ideas and thoughts around each element. This allows every member to contribute to generating the content so they can collectively own the charter.
We take the information and create a bespoke charter that is passed onto your well-being champions for implementation.
We have a number of supportive mechanisms to help people flourish and thrive
